Shannon Harris
Hi - I’m Shannon! I am a calm, confident Board Certified Coach who helps clients turn the page and step into what’s next with clarity and purpose. With over 25 years in education, training, program development, and project management, I bring both structure and heart to every session. I’m known for my steady presence, practical mindset, and genuine commitment to supporting growth.
I’m especially drawn to helping women move through transitions, because I’ve experienced many of my own—including career shifts, cross-country moves, and becoming an empty nester. These experiences shape the way I show up: grounded, open, and ready to help you make space for what’s next. I offer a steady presence, practical tools, and honest conversation to help you turn the page with purpose and momentum.
Whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or building confidence in your voice and vision, I meet you where you are—and walk with you as you move forward. My approach is thoughtful, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that lasting transformation begins with one honest conversation.
Why Seek Coaching?
Women seek coaching for a variety of reasons, often tied to personal growth, career advancement, and overall well-being. Many look for support in overcoming imposter syndrome and building confidence. Others turn to coaching when starting a new career, navigating the balance between work and life (especially as parents). Coaching can also help women become more effective in their current roles or prepare for transitions through goal-setting, planning, and preparation. Managing stress is another motivation. Whether it's making a bold change or simply wanting to feel more in control and fulfilled, coaching provides the structure, encouragement, and clarity many women need to thrive.
What People Are Saying
“Shannon is a gifted and intuitive coach. While her questions feel conversational, she really gets to the heart of the matter while making you feel heard and comfortable. She challenged me to name the things I wanted to work on, and then followed up to check in and see how I was doing. For anyone looking to commit to simple life changes, or dig into something deeper, Shannon is a wonderful resource and support.”

“My session with Shannon was so helpful!
She asked me thoughtful questions, that helped me look inward to discover where my anxiety about an issue was coming from. Shannon listened skillfully and with genuine care. She then asked more questions, that organically helped me develop my own solutions to better manage my anxiety with the issue we discussed. One of many useful tools she offered, was helping me establish simple, daily actions to remove myself from situations that fueled the anxiety. Shannon never "told me what to do, " but instead, helped me figure out how I could help myself! This approach was insightful and empowering.... I highly recommend her coaching!”

“Shannon was an incredible support as I navigated both personal and professional challenges. What I appreciated most was her ability to keep me focused on the questions I could answer—and let go of the ones I couldn’t. When my imagination fueled anxiety and shame, she helped me redirect it toward something constructive. Her gift for staying positive while fully validating the lived experience of a woman is a rare and powerful strength. Anytime spent with Shannon is time well used. ”
